Full Throttle Fitness WOW # 26

Forgive us! we've been a bit slack posting this one up. No excuses. we'll get back on it. What seems like and eternity(all of two weeks ago) we hit up the willing participants of Full Throttle Fitness with this simple but brutal piece, courtesy of Coach Cj Swaby.

Warm up: Joint mobility & Dynamic movement (x 100 reps)

Main Session

Split into two groups, A and B. One group completes and exercise while the other group completes the other. Change after 4 rounds.
